BUDGETING AND DESIGN ASSISTANCE – To ensure cost containment and performance criteria control, Madison Glass provides pre-design budgeting and design assist services to Owners, Architects and General Contractors. Our budgetary guidelines and critique of the technical details allows the project team to make the necessary revisions to the documents to avoid costly overruns during construction.

GREEN BUILDING PROJECTS – Madison Glass supports and has extensive experience with sustainable design solutions. We continually work with the leading manufacturers to ensure we recommend the best practice LEED certified solutions for each project type.

HISTORIC RENOVATIONS AND ON-SITE EVALUATION – Madison Glass has been instrumental in several historic renovations. Two of the more prominent projects have been the General Motors Technical Center Headquarters circa 1946 along with various municipal projects throughout Grosse Pointe circa 1928. Understanding historic materials, construction practices within the specific time periods, sensitivity to material handling and access to a diversified manufacturing base allows us to actively participate in the design review and product research with the design team.

CUSTOM DESIGN, SHOP DRAWINGS, FABRICATION, AND INSTALLATION – In an effort to differentiate Madison Glass from other Glazing contractors, we pursue projects that have unique glazing and engineering requirements. Madison Glass has the capability to perform these unique engineering and glazing projects due to having the ability to perform in house Shop Drawings and Fabrication of commercial fenestration products in house to ensure a quality product. The Madison Glass team has the experience to fabricate and install high performance unitized curtain wall and pre-glazed commercial window systems and point supported glass wall systems.
