East Campus Building 1

Location: Fort Meade, Maryland

Project Description: East Campus Building 1 is a 148,432 gross sq. ft., four story office/industrial multiuse facility on Ft. Meade, Maryland. Projected cost 91,777 million.        

MHG’s Scope of Work:                                                      

-Approximate contract value: $3.5 Million 

-Approximately 33,000 sf of custom high performance curtain wall system to meet requirements for Impact Resistance, Blast Mitigation or both, custom 1 5/16” Low E exterior lite, and an additional 9/16” Laminated Inboard lite for STC Rating.

-Exterior: Custom Sunshades

-Exterior: Custom Blast resistant Aluminum Entrance Doors with hardware and blast resistant glazing

Interior: 14” X 154” Fire-rated STC Hollow Metal Frame and Glass Frame Assembly

Interior: Custom Decorative Glass behind drinking fountains

University of Notre Dame Crossroads

Project Description: 47,000 sq ft 4 gate addition to the existing terminal Curtainwall installation at the new addition was completed on schedule. Interior glass scope of work on going with a projected completion of September 2012. Project features 6,000 sq ft of inverted exterior curtainwall along with custom laminated radius all glass feature wall and all glass automatic sliding doors.
